R.Q: HOW DOES THE CLASSROOM
ENVIRONMENT AFFECT YEAR 7’S
LEARNING?
WHY THIS QUESTION?
We chose to research this question because
both of us are interested about what year 7’s
think about the school environment. We find
that decorations in our school vary from good
to bad.
HOW?
We decided to get the information by giving out
questionnaires. We gave out about 30
questionnaires to a top set year seven English

you team skills and working on

CONCLUSION
To conclude we found that most pupils would love to
have more creative and colourful things in the
classroom, to help them learn, and give them
inspiration. It is easier to learn if, for example, there is
sometimes music playing in the classroom or the
classroom is bigger. The pupils thought that the
displays were inspiring but if the do get damaged or
old they don’t help.
