Central Steering Committee (CSC)- Under chairmanship of Secretary (A&C) and members DDG( NRM), Additional Secretary (RKVY), Agriculture Commissioner, Joint Secretary ( Crops) (CSC will meet the quarterly basis and review & monitor the implementation of the scheme. CSC will also be responsible for addition, deletion & modification of the ongoing activity of the programme) B. Programme implementation Team Joint Secretary( Crops)-Programme In-Charge , Additional Commissioner , Director and other technical officials (Formulation, approval of action plan, release of funds, day to day activities, implementation and review ) 2.State Level A. State Level Committee(SLC)- under chairmanship of Secretary , Agriculture and members from Agriculture ,Forest, DAC , Director Research of SAU ( SLC- policy making body and responsible for approval of district specific programme, implementation and monitoring) B. Programme implementation Team Secretary ,Agriculture or Director Agriculture and team of official (Programme formulation, approvals, release of funds and look after day to day work for monitoring and implementation ) 3.
