Types of Interview Schedules
1. Open – Involves a system screening process
ONLY. Students who meet the requirements can
sign up for an interview timeslot.
2. Preselect – Involves a system AND Employer
screening process.
• Students who meet the requirements of the job that
is linked to the schedule can submit an interview
request.
• Employers review interview requests and make
decisions on all interview candidates.

Types of Interview Schedules
3. PRS Continuous– Involves a system AND employer
screening process.
• Students who meet the requirements can submit an interview
request.
• The employer reviews interview requests and makes interview
decisions on an ongoing basis.
4. Resume Collection– This type of schedule does not have
an interview date. It is only used to collect resumes for
employers.
5. Rooms Only– Used as a room reservation tool between
the career office and an employer.
• Employers can reserve a space and time on camps for students
to drop by without having to formally schedule a visit.

• Report Type: Schedule
– This report will generate a list of each individual schedule that
meets the specific criteria
• Popular Reports: Number of Schedules in a semester, number of specific
schedule types, number of organizations that came to campus
• Report Type: Schedule – Preselect
– This report will show you all of the students on the preselect
list for your schedules
• Popular Reports: Number of students who requested an interview,
Students and their preselect status (accepted, not accepted, alternate),
Interviews a student has submitted requests for

• Report Type: Schedule – Timeslot
– This report will show each timeslot on your schedules, you are
also able to show the student who is signed up for the timeslot
• Popular Reports: Timeslots for a specific schedule – to give to
the employer, List of filled or empty timeslots, No Shows (with
check-in module)
• Report Type: Schedule – Wait List
– This report will show you all students currently on the wait list
for your schedule
• Popular Reports: Students on the wait list for a particular
schedule

• System Reports (Schedule preset reporting)
– Schedule - Resume Drops
• This report contains the count of resume drops for each active
schedule with a Schedule Type of Resume Collection. It is sorted by
Organization Name.
– Schedule - Preselect Stats
• This reports contains preselect statistics for all active schedules that
have at least one active session with a future interview date. It is
sorted by Preselect Due Date then Organization Name.
– Schedule - Timeslot Stats
• This reports contains timeslot statistics for all active schedules that
have at least one active session with a future interview date. It is
sorted by Organization Name then Schedule ID.
– Schedule - Sessions/Timeslots (Weekly)
• This report contains timeslots for each active session where the
interview date is within 7 days from date the report is run. It is sorted
by Interview Date then Organization Name.
