Blank Slide Insert new slide>Blank
Insert images or words on slide
Insert>Picture>From file>
Resize and arrange as needed
Animate pictures so they will appear and
disappear Animation>Custom Animation,
select Add Effect the entrance
6. Keep it simple
7. Suggest same style for all pictures so as
not to distract from your purpose
8. With the same picture still selected,
chose Add Effect then exit
9. In Custom Animations, select Start. If
animating more than one image, select
after previous, as the start option.
10. Set speed for each image (depends on
number of slides and tempo of music)
9. Repeat for all images and SAVE

Start with a blank slide
Insert a rectangle shapes>rectangle
Decide how many rectangles to use
Click and drag the box into place
Copy and paste the box
Click and drag the boxes until the slide is
filled
Colors
• Make the boxes different colors
• Double-click on the box
• Edit the “fill” and “line” colors
Animations
• Animate the boxes so that they will
disappear; go to Custom Animation and
Add Effect. Select “Exit” and choose style
• Use same animation on all boxes
• Repeat the process for all boxes on the
slide
Adding Slide Content

Choose an image
Give credit to photographer/URL
Save image/s selected to folder
Insert the images on the slide
Insert>Picture>From file
Picture will appear on top of slide. Resize
to fit.
• Right-click on image, arrange>send back
• Image should magically disappear
