LUCA VITTORIO CIVIDINI
Luca Vittorio Cividini has a degree in economics and commerce with a top grade from the Università
degli Studi in Bergamo. He has attended refresher and specialist postgraduate courses on management
and financial subjects.
He occupied positions of increasing responsibility in his family’s business (industrialised construction)
until he reached Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Prefabbricati Cividini S.p.A.,
positions which he left when the company was sold to the RDB group in 2007. He has progressively
diversified and integrated his business activities to include construction, property, foodstuffs and
renewable energy generation. He has also been an executive director in various financial holding
companies including BPB Investimenti and Banca di Bergamo.
In addition to being a Member of the Supervisory Board of UBI Banca, he currently occupies varies
positions as Director and Executive Director in companies operating in the sectors mentioned above.
