Pesce in acqua pazza

(a) Completion of S3; or
(b) Completion of a QF Level 1
programme that is deemed
acceptable to the Programme
Board; or
(c) Relevant work experience in the
catering industry of minimum 1
year; or
(d) Aged 23 or above

Remarks:

All tuition fees and related fees are non- refundable
nor transferable
Tuition fee includes handout, and ingredients for all
recipes taught in class. Attendance certificate will
be issued upon completion of all classes
Trainees are required to purchase, at their own
costs, safety shoes and black trousers where
applicable while attending food preparation related
programmes. ICI reserves the rights not to admit
individuals who fails to follow this clause
