WestEd.org 9 Don’t Ask Stakeholders for Input You Don’t Have a Plan for Using! WestEd.org 10 Stakeholder Engagement Consider: • Who must be actively engaged in your LCAP planning process if your plan is going to be successful? • Who could have a significant negative influence on your LCAP planning and implementation if they communicate confusion, frustration, or disappointment to others? How will you know if this is happening? • How do you ensure that these individuals stay appropriately informed, committed, and/or motivated?
