The importance of Community Facilities - to maintain existing, improve existing and develop new ones where there is identified need. The need to improve community wellbeing - feelings of isolation, lack of social networks and issues relating to personal safety. Prioritise the need to ensure that information is easily accessible and understood - in plain English using different methods and approaches. Extend the use of the social media. Continued support for Job Clubs and development of skills to prepare for training, further education and employment. LOCAL COMMUNITY PLANS CITY-WIDE PRIORITIES 2012-2017 Increase range of activities involving young people to assist in minimising anti-social behaviour. The need for good quality safe Green and Open Spaces to be maintained and vandalism of same minimised. Increase support for Money Advice, Money Management and Debt Management for individuals and families. To reduce levels of anti-social behaviour in terms of litter, dog fouling and graffiti.
