The School of Global Studies “aims and scope” are to offer to international
students coming from partner universities, independent international
students, students selected in the framework of already existing bilateral
agreements and to a quota of not exceeding one third of Italian students, a
wide range of Bachelor, Magistralis, Doctorate and Post Doc Degrees
The Partner Universities might implement study courses closely retracing the
curricula and syllabi adopted by Rome Tor Vergata University, with the
recognition of titles (ECTS) and the implicit possibility to confer Dual Degrees.

The only condition is to obtain the national ministerial authorization to
proceed in a Bologna Process experimental program following the before
mentioned curricula and syllabi.
The defense of the dissertations will take place in Rome TVU and the tutoring
professors will participate personally or in video-conferences to the discussion
and proclamation, being them in any case formally part of the graduation
Commission.
A think tank Global Initiative and Policy will be formed with two Coordination
Desks: at Rome Tor Vergata World University SGS and at Fudan University

3rd and 4th cycle: Doctor of Research and Post Doc Degrees
(3 to 5 years courses)
Doctoral courses open to all the performing postgraduates willing to get higher
graduation degrees. Following doctorate research graduation, a very selected
group of students, could proceed over their scientific activities that will be
tailored in specific projects of advanced Post Doc (2 years) studies, in close
international cooperation with top ranking “allied” university participating at
the SGS Program.
The SGS and the GIP have two scientific international publications with Springer
WienNewYork: Transition Studies Review http://www.springer.at/tsr and the
forthcoming Journal of Global Initiative and Policy
