Purpose:
Create food hub incubator demonstration projects to develop small urban and rural food ventures
in order to provide fresh, safe, affordable food to North Texas communities.
Urban local food hubs: Ft Worth, Arlington, Dallas

10 small (1 acre aggregate) farms using
Small Plot Intensive Farming (SPIN model).
10 commercial greenhouse produce farms
