Celebrate Freedom Week
The purpose of Celebrate Freedom Week is to
educate students about the sacrifices made in
the founding of the United States and the
values on which the United States was
founded. The week of September 17 is
designated as Celebrate Freedom Week in
public schools in Texas unless the local board
of trustees designates another week.
