Conditions of Admission
 Specific conditions are outlined in
Engineering Bridge Handbook
 Final grades of 55% or better AND
 A minimum overall GPA of 2.0 (greater
than 55%) for the Bridge Program.
 No more than one failing grade in all
courses and modules
UVic will not accept ‘D’ grades for credit.
Courses with a final grade of ‘D’ (less than
55%) must be repeated.

Transfer and Challenge WTs
 Apply for any WT challenges and transfers
in the first 4 months of your program at
UVic (by April 30, 2012!)
 Complete documentation must be
submitted within 4 months after making
the application (by August 31, 2012)
 Challenges are based on relevant work
done prior to entering the ENGR program
at UVic – fee: $306
 Transfers are based on WT credits from a
college or university with a recognized
co-op program – no fee
