high/ a buzz ’.

young people under 16 than all other
illegal drugs.
• Many people who die from ‘sniffing’ do so on their first or
second experiment; in 67% of deaths there was no evidence
they were regular users or had ‘inhaled’ products before.

product in the last year (NHS, 2012)
• Over 95% of young people are not using
products as drugs.
