Infill – Others & General Concerns Averton (across from KPS) – presented design for 34 units last fall more in keeping with Kleinburg heritage Recognize more opportunities and proposals will arise in and around the villages General concerns with large scale developments: Density Safety Traffic congestion Townhouses or condos in close proximity to the street would detract significantly from historic rural feel of the area Prefer to see smaller scale developments, in keeping with Official Plan and by-laws, and with less visually impact from the street Recent example on Kellam lauded for keeping heritage look and feel to the property Traffic Updates Truck ban continues on Nashville Road Continue to seek better enforcement on Nashville, Islington & Stegman’s Speed limit reductions around Kleinburg/Nashville Stop light at Kirby Road & Hwy 27 installed in 2012 Intersection improvements for Maj.
