justice. Be just: that is next to piety: and fear God. For God is well-acquainted

another in sin and rancour: fear God: for God is strict in punishment. (The

"God doth command you to render back your Trusts to those to whom they are
due; And when ye judge between man and man, that ye judge with justice:
Verily how excellent is the teaching which He giveth you! For God is He Who

"O ye who believe! stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to God, even as
against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, and whether it be (against) rich
or poor: for God can best protect both..... (The Noble Quran, 4:135)“

• "Hold to forgiveness; command what is right; But turn away from the

• "On that account: We ordained for the Children of Israel that if any
one slew a person - unless it be for murder or for spreading
mischief in the land - it would be as if he slew the whole people:
and if any one saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of
the whole people. Then although there came to them Our
apostles with clear signs, yet, even after that, many of them
continued to commit excesses in the land. (The Noble Quran,

The Love of Allah Almighty:
• "They perform (their) vows, and they fear a Day whose evil flies far and wide.
And they feed, for the love of God, the indigent, the orphan, and the captive,(Saying) "We feed you for the sake of God: no reward do we desire from you,
nor thanks. "We only fear a Day of distressful Wrath from the side of our
Lord." (The Noble Quran, 76:7-10)“
• “….. Then will he be of those who believe, and enjoin patience, (constancy,
and self-restraint), and enjoin deeds of kindness and compassion. (The Noble
Quran, 90:11-17)“
• “….. to spend of your substance, out of love for Him, for your kin, for orphans,
for the needy, for the wayfarer, for those who ask, and for the ransom of
slaves; …. (The Noble Quran, 2:177)“
• Noble Verse 2:224 "And make not God's (name) an excuse in your oaths against
doing good, or acting rightly, or making peace between persons; for God is One
Who heareth and knoweth all things."
The Laws of War Upon Muslims

During war time, Prophet Muhammad forbade:
– Killing of civilians
– Killing anyone who is wounded.
– Killing captives.
– Cutting down or burning trees and plants.
– Killing animals.

The Limits in War Upon all Muslims:

[047:004] Therefore, when ye meet the Unbelievers (in fight), smite off their necks; At
length, when ye have thoroughly subdued them, bind a bond firmly (on them):
thereafter (is the time for) either generosity or ransom: Until the war lays down its
burdens ‫حتى تضع الحرب اوزارها‬...

"And fight them until persecution is no more, and religion is for God. But if they desist,
then let there be no hostility ‫ فان انتهوا فالعدوان‬except against wrongdoers. (The Noble

"But if the enemy incline towards peace, do thou (also) incline towards peace, and trust
in God: for He is One that heareth and knoweth (all things). (The Noble Quran, 8:61)“

These are some of the limits of GOD Almighty upon the Muslims.

"Fight in the cause of God those who fight you, but do not transgress limits ‫ ;والتعتدوا‬for

The Laws of War are compulsory upon Muslims to obey!
• 9:1 A (declaration) of immunity from God and His Apostle, to
those of the Pagans with whom ye have contracted mutual
alliances:– A tribe from Bakr has attacked a tribe from Khuzaa’a, who has
recently embraced Islam, and men from Quraysh in Mecca
have joined the fight against the Muslims.
• 9:4 (But the treaties are) not dissolved with those Pagans with
whom ye have entered into alliance and who have not
subsequently failed you in aught, nor aided any one against you.
So fulfill your engagements with them to the end of their term:
for God loveth the righteous.
• 9:5 Then, when the sacred months have passed, slay the idolaters
wherever ye find them, and take them (captive), and besiege
them, and prepare for them each ambush. But if they repent and
establish worship and pay the poor-due, then leave their way
free. Lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
• 9:6 If one amongst the Pagans ask thee for asylum, grant it to
him, so that he may hear the word of God; and then escort him to
where he can be secure. That is because they are men without
knowledge.
– 2:256 Let there be no compulsion in religion: Truth stands
out clear from error…
• 9:7 How can there be a league, before God and His Apostle, with
the Pagans, except those with whom ye made a treaty near the
sacred Mosque? As long as these stand true to you, stand ye true
to them: for God doth love the righteous.
• 9:29 Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the last day, nor
hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His
Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of truth, from among
the people of the book, until they pay the Jizya with willing
submission, and feel themselves subdued."
What about Noble Verse 5:33?
• As to Noble Verses 5:32-33, here are Noble Verses 5:32-34 and 76:7-9. Noble
Verse 5:33 is talking about war criminals and conspirators, and traitors and
betrayers (ex: the CIA and Israeli zionist Mossad who planned 9/11), and not
regular captives.
• Notice the Noble Verse speaks about those who WORK HARD TO SPREAD
MISCHIEF in the land:
– [005:032] On that account: We ordained for the Children of Israel that if
