We are God’s heart (We are God’s heart),
We are God’s hands (we are God’s hands)
Though many we are one,
one in God’s risen Son

A place of welcome,
God’s arms open wide
We walk hand in hand
we all work side by side
Chosen by God,
we are called by our name
To follow in Christ’s footsteps,
and to walk in his way

We are God’s hands (we are God’s hands)
Though many we are one,
one in God’s risen Son

We are one family,
a sign of God’s love
Caring and nurturing, with love for all
Love one another,
and love for our God
Giving strength to each other
and hope for all
