amendment,
providing
direct
elections of
senators.
18th AmendmentProhibition Amendment 1919
Prohibition-the passing of
laws to prohibit the making
or selling of alcohol. Pushed
by the progressives.
19th AmendmentWoman’s Suffrage 1920
Guaranteed women the right
to vote in all state and
national elections.
