Bible Timeline
 . The “basic” one lap road trip course starts at the
Start label, follows the pastel colored arrow onto the oval course, and then around the oval course following the pastel colored arrows in a counterclockwise path. Then the flow path moves up from the oval course into the large block on the left in the center of the course, then over to the small box on the right labeled Finish.

The Road Trip Bible Timeline
 course labeled “Gentile Jew Christian Sections” provides pastel color coded sections along the counterclockwise flow path.
The “basic” one lap course starts in
Eternity , then moves up into the two sections labeled with the pastel black letter
G for Gentiles ( Note 1: the pastel letters OT and NT will also appear in each section along the road trip course to indicate whether that section is in the Old Testament OT or in the New Testament NT . Note 2: the scripture above the box in the middle of the course indicates that, everywhere on the timeline, OT and NT , Salvation is by Grace (a gift) thru Faith (belief) in Christ (the Messiah, Deliverer, Savior) Eph 2:8-9). The next two sections are labeled with the pastel red letter J for Jews ; the red Christian Cross at the end of those two pastel red letter J sections is where
Jesus is crucified. The next two sections are labeled with the pastel green letter C for Christians . We then leave the oval and move up into the larger box on the left in the center of the course labeled with a pastel red letter J for Jews ; we then move over into the small box labeled

The Road Trip Bible Timeline

Major Reference Points provides major events that occur along the road trip course. The first event after leaving Eternity is the Creation (Gen 1:1). Next is when Noah is called by God (Gen 6:8). The next entry indicates that people who are “saved” in the OT had their sins “covered”, yes, but not “redeemed”; their sins were “redeemed” after the Cross when Christ was resurrected (empty tomb). The next two events in this second G section are Noah’s Flood and the Tower of Babel. Then Abram, a Gentile, is called by God; he later becomes Abraham , the father of the Hebrews , Israelites , and Jews . Next comes Moses , David , and the 16 Jewish prophets. Then the pivot point of all history arrives: the life, crucifixion, death, burial and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (His First Coming ). All sins for anyone saved during the OT part of the course are now redeemed! Moving on, we now enter into the NT (New Testament) period. The church grows for 1,000 years, then splits over doctrine (Eph 2:8-9). Then 500 years later, we who are saved and are now alive are watching for the next event in biblical history: The Rapture . Then the course moves up from the oval into the 1,000 Year Millennial Reign of Christ , His Second
Coming ; then back into Eternity . The yellow caution sign with doubt , denial and deception: D3 (Gen 3:1-5) represents Satan, who is always at WAR with God throughout the Road Trip (Gen 3:15).
