Concept 1: IDOL TONIGHT Update in PM Drive To drive tune-in, local PM Drive DJ's with Idol Tonight hosts Justin Guarini and Kimberly Caldwell, will host an American Idol update. The update will feature Justin and Kimberly's insightful and smart commentary on American Idol which will incite listeners to want to tune in for more, on Idol Tonight. How it will work is - Justin and Kimberly will cut answers to a script of questions. Their answers will be "brown-bagged" - allowing local DJ's to insert themselves into the conversation. The content from Justin and Kimberly remains the same, regardless of what market it is heard in; however, the local DJ will be heard as they insert themselves in between the answers. Update will run at a fixed position time (ie. 6:23pm) during the 6pm – 7pm hour before Idol Tonight airs. To promo This fixed position update will air in afternoon drive, before Idol Tonight airs. A combination of :05 and :15 second promotional announcements will run throughout the day 6am-6pm to support it.
