The mission of Pink Dolphin is to promote
positivity, define pride, creativity, and superior
quality. They also encourage everyone to be a
legend in your own craft and to strive to be the
best in everything you do while remaining
humble.
The strengths of Pink Dolphin are their
online services and exclusives. One weaknesses
of the store are the limited locations, only
have 2 stores in the U.S. located in Los Angeles
and San Francisco. Also Pink Dolphin has
limited stock.
Some threats against the
company include competition among other
online stores and stores with a wider range of
availability. Two opportunities that could make
Pink Dolphin a better store would be to add
more locations and to advertise more.
Our determined objective is to increase brand awareness.
While our promotion objectives are to add two more store locations.
One would be in Miami, Florida and the other store in Honolulu,
Hawaii. These two locations demographics match our target
consumers. Both match the climate conditions ideal for our clothing.
They are big tourist spots where people go to spend a good amount of
money. We also chose these locations because they are ideal to our
brand matching our style/lifestyle of our brand, boating, oceans, and
dolphins feel at home at our new locations. An extra bonus to Miami
location is expanding to the east coast since all our current locations
are on the west coast.
The other promotional objective is to increase brand
awareness. We want everyone in our target consumer group to know
Pink Dolphin. The unmarried, no kids, male in his 20’s to 30’s who
fashion conscious in our strongest consumer is. We are going to
capture their attention through different medias that we can
showcase our products and promote our mission statement. These
consumers are best reached from various internet websites rather
television and radio.
Pink Dolphin has started planning this event on November 13th, 2013
 Location: Fairfax Street, Los Angeles, California
 Event date: December 20th, 2013 from 2p.m. to 5p.m.
 Event: Celebrity Riff Raff will be making a store appearance. There
will be a raffle where ten lucky guests will win a limited edition Riff
Raff autographed shirt. We will also be releasing part 2 of our
holiday season release on December 20th.
 Post Event: There will be a sales report immediately following the
event. Also there will be a press release to state the success of the
day’s sales

The ultimate gathering of legends at their craft comes
together one night for Pink Dolphins customers. Riff Raff will be
appearing at Pink Dolphins Los Angeles store location as a
celebrity appearance to celebrate the release of the holiday
season Part 2 drop. This event will be happening December 20th,
at 3pm. Not only is this a once in a life time opportunity to meet
the legendary Riff Raff, we will be raffling off ten exclusive Pink
Dolphin t-shirts autographed by Riff Raff himself!
To receive a raffle ticket for the drawing you must fill
out a registration form prior to the event and send it to 420 N
Fairfax Los Angeles, CA. To find these forms you can either stop
by any Pink Dolphin location or visit or webpages on Facebook,
Twitter or Pinkdolphinonline.com. You don’t have to be present
at the store to win, but if you’re not there you will miss out on
the initial drop of part 2 to Pink Dolphins holiday season release
and meeting Riff Raff!
Our promotional plan is destine for success
to increase brand awareness and sales. Having the
neon icon, Riff Raff make a celebrity appearance
to our store will bring heavy traffic into our store
the same day that we drop part 2 of the holiday
season release. Our promotional pieces are well
made and thought out to ensure affective
promotions. After this event we will be conducting
a sales report to show how successful this event
was. This is the best decisions for our
promotional/event plan we will see an increase in
Pink Dolphins brand awareness and sales.
