• When is best time to seed? – autumn for cool-seasons around
September 15th; June for warm-seasons
• Amounts? – straight Kentucky bluegrass at 10-15 g, fescue blends
at 20-30 g, perennial ryegrass 30-40 g, bermuda 10-15 g (with
closer mowing heights, use the high end of the range)
• Mowing height and general maintenance watch-outs? – Polo =
3-8 cm, tennis = 1-2 cm, futbol = 3-5 cm, sod = 5-7 cm
• When and how to over/inter seed? – reseed as needed each year
during the growing season to help fill in bare areas.
