Following the recent enactment of the Decree Investment Compact, the speakers will go through the new legal instruments in favour
of the “innovative SMEs” and will take stock of what has happened since the introduction of the “innovative startups” two and a half
years ago, with particular reference to equity crowdfunding and the possible developments of this new investment instrument.
