Racingpost: Ludlow winner SCOOP THE POT (nap) is probably good
enough to defy a penalty in novice company, so it looks significant that
connections have opted to switch him to a handicap at such an early
stage of his career. Sirop De Menthe is up in class today but has been
in good form for his new stable this year and is second choice. Seaviper
is 3-4 in handicaps and should continue to give a good account. Top
Cat Henry posed no threat on his stable debut but can't be written off

February and Water Wagtail, who went close at Market Rasen last time
and also likes this track, is another with sound credentials. However,
the suggestion is BAROQUE MAN. Neil Mulholland's gelding struggled
in handicap hurdles but ran well for a long way on his chase debut at
Newbury last month and has plenty of potential to build on that

style last month and can take this if in similar form. Brother Tedd is also
useful but has seemingly had his limitations exposed and a bigger
threat to the selection may come from Imagine The Chat, who is AP
McCoy's only ride on the card and who can almost certainly better the
