Helicopter VFX MS3 Production Process • These last few weeks has mainly been focused on rendering and post production • Fluids, cg environment post production and nCloth layers where the last to be added before working mainly on post. • We found that during rendering hours we had the time to add a few of the wish-list scenes. Post Production • We decided to use 2d particles in Fusion in the post production stage • Adding layers of sw, hw, 2d fusion particles and fluids gave the explosions a bit more depth • We found some time during rendering to focus on wish-list scenes and material • Post production also included elements such as colour correction, glow/hotspot effects, noise, grain and lens flare • Example of a single rendered frame animated into the filmed footage
