*一班在一个家聚会的B/S和新人

Saints from a district
Step by step
1. IDENTIFY找出可能有负担作家主者,宣
传负担.Identify potential house coordinators
2. SPONSOR一天的家主陪训班(1天4堂,
一次过陪训,搞清楚观念,作法,拿资料
袋,etc).Sponsor a one-day orientation for them
3. 帮助家主完成几件事:Help them to:
a.找出帮手(建立牧养团队) find their helpers
b.由家主自己主办一次’帮手陪训班’,建立起牧养
团队.(用现成供应材料) set up ‘helper orientation’
c.与帮手一同找出可照顾的新人find new ones
d.和帮手配搭向新人宣传这操练,鼓励新人参加.
Get the new ones to sign up for the training.

A Reminder!
This training is only for those ‘homes’ that wants to gain
new ones.
Those who do not have a burden for new ones should not
join this training.
Those who do not want to have trainings in the homes
should also not join this training.
Those who have a burden for trainings but want to do
them their own ways do not need to be registered for
this training and exercise.
Not everyone in your home will want to participate in this
training and exercise.
Keep up the fellowship with the elders and serving ones.
Three kinds of Open Homes
1. Those that only open for Lord’s
Table meetings with no perfecting.
2. Those that have some perfectings
but do them their own ways.
3. Those who join our TECH
Three ways to participate in TECH
A. In the homes, with no interaction with the
internet. (But they need to register and send
in the reports to churchlifeinthehomes.org)
B. In the homes, but use powerpoint and/or
video clips from internet to help their
meeting.
C. Everything on the internet, even the
meetings themselves.
