CONDITIONS: Given an AN/PRC-119 or AN/PRC-77, the
required accessories, and a requirement to send a
message.
STANDARDS: As a RadioTelephone Operator (RTO), with
an AN/PRC-119 (dismounted or mounted) or AN/PRC-77
and required accessories, place a message within 3
minutes.
