RULES
The Contest will take place on June, 19-20 (semifinals) 21 (gala concert) in Maiori
There will be two categories.
1) SOLOISTS CATEGORY
2) BAND & VOCAL GROUP CATEGORY
 The song (duration max. 4 minutes) will be performed with "live" vocal and a half playback on CD.

The performers have to possess the copy-rights on their original song.
 The performers have to be at age between 17 and 26 y.o.

In groups and bands - the average age counts.
AWARDS (for each category)
1°place : Statuette and invitation to represent its country in "Canzoni dal Mondo" Festival**
2°place : Statuette
3°place : Statuette
Special prizes ( for both categories):
Best Original Song (for those who perform an original song)
Radio award, Journalists award, Audience award, Sponsor award:
All the finalists will receive diploma of festival and various gadgets.
Jury: The competition is to be judged by an International Jury selected by Organizing Committee.
All jury members will not vote for own countries (President of Jury except).

ORGANIZER'S RIGHT
1.The exclusive right to broadcast and to permit others to broadcast the Festival.
2.The exclusive right to produce and distribute all types of contest audio and video materials (records, CD's, cassettes, documentary, films and videotapes) of the Festival.
3.The right to use and permit others to use any of the promotional material submitted by the applicant.
4.The Organizing Committee will not pay any artistic fee for the performance.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTICIPANTS
1. The participant must communicate until April 30 th
2015 it's flight schedule.
The penalty is the exclusion from the festival.
2. The participants will respect the program of the festival;
3. All the festival activities (gala concert, press conference, etc.) will take precedence over any other activities;
4. Any press interview (newspaper, TV, radio) will be cleared through the festival press office, and will take place only with the agreement of organization.
CONDITIONS:
Soloists: euro 50 (each category) euro 30 (if participant choose to compete also in the second category);
Groups (from duo): euro 30 for each element of the group; euro 15 (for participant for the group that wish to compete also in second category) ;
All participants and their accompanying persons will be accommodated at the Hotel 4*“Pietra di luna ” , at a cost of €230 per person (B/B Room 2/3/4 pax)
(the price includes accommodation, breackfast and all activities connected to the festival)
Or choose to be accomated in Hotel 3*“Gli amici di San Francesco at a cost of €170 per person (B/B Room 2/3/4 pax)
(the price includes accommodation, breackfastl and all activities connected to the festival)

for admission to the festival is necessary to make a bank transfer of half of the amount (Hotel reservation and Entry fee) not later then 30/04/2015 to the following bank account:

TRANSFERS
The organization will provide to transfer from the airport and/or train station of Naples and Rome to the HOTEL (Maiori - SA):

According the article 10 of Law n° 675/96 on the protection of personal data, the data provided at registration will be stored and used exclusively for the purpose of sending communications about the competition.
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to this Regulation.
Any disputes will be settled by the Court of Nocera inferiore (SA)

Today ……………..2014 was concluded a contract between Rosso Arancio Ass.n, represented by Francesco Colasanto – president and director of the International Contest for Singers “EuroTalent”, with Head office in Corso Vittorio Emanuele, 29 cap 84012 Angri (SA)

Both sides have come to an agreement about:
1. Subject of the contract:
Art. (1) The CLIENTS concede gratuitously the rights of the song ……............................…………………………………………………………………….. to the PRINCIPAL, for its broadcasting as part of the International contest for singers “Eurotalent”.
Art. (2) The CLIENTS are obligated to carry out the entrusted by the PRINCIPAL actions.
2. Rights and obligations of the principal
Art. (3) The PRINCIPAL has the right to produce and distribute audio and video materials connected with the song only as a part of
International contest for singers “Eurotalent”, all over the world, with no limits in time.
Art. (4) The PRINCIPAL possesses the right to broadcast or permit others to broadcast the song only as a part of the program of the
International contest for singers “Eurotalent”.
Art. (5) The PRINCIPAL does not pay fees to the authors and the performers for using the song as a part of the program of the
International contest for singers “Eurotalent”.
Art. (6) The PRINCIPAL is obligated to use the song, only if it is presented as a part of the program of the International contest for singers “Eurotalent”, or as a reportage from the same Festival.
3. Rights and obligations of the clients
Art. (7) The CLIENTS are obligated to provide the song to the PRINCIPAL recorded on CD.
Art. (8) The CLIENTS give their agreement to the PRINCIPAL to use the song, to broadcast or to permit others to broadcast the song, to produce and distribute audio and video material connected with the song as a part of the Festival’s program all over the world, with no limits in time.
Art (9) The CLIENTS has no financial pretentions to the PRINCIPAL for using of the song as a part of the Festival’s program.
Art. (10) The CLIENTS have to read the content of the contract and fully agree the conditions.
4. Additional clauses
Art. (11) Both sides will settle any future disagreement arisen in the process of the execution of the herewith contract according to their previous agreement, but in case it is impossible - according to the law.
This contract has been made in two copies for both sides.
