She will also share information on the Work Family Researcher Network. Dr. Kossek is the Basil S. Turner Professor of Management at Krannert School of Management and the Research Director of Susan Bulkeley Butler Center for Leadership. She holds a Ph.D. from Yale Univeristy in organizational behavior and her research has won many awards.
