1 Display: Shows date, time, caller ID of incoming call, standard Caller ID
2 Display menu keys: The key functions depend on the traffic state. When you are

requested “(see display)”, press the required key to access the feature.
3 Navigation key left: Navigate one step to the left in the top menu.
4 Home: Return to home position (idle mode), when you are navigating the top menu.
5 Navigation key right: Navigate one step to the right in the top menu.
6 Call Pick Up: Ability to pick up calls from programmable Call Pick Up feature
7 Common Hold: Place caller on common hold to allow Call Pick Up group to
answer line on hold
8 Programmable function keys: Program numbers or features.
8b Accept 2nd Call: Receive incoming calls while phone is in use
9 Triple Access Line: Handle calls. Line 1 and 2 are available both for incoming and
outgoing calls. Inquiry can only be used for outgoing calls.
10 Microphone: Used for hands free conversation.
11 Clear: Disconnect calls or exit a feature. Can always be pressed instead of
replacing the handset.
12 Headset key: Handle headset calls and activate Headset Preset.
13 Loudspeaker on/off

14 Mute: A. Switch the microphone on or off during a call. B. Switch off the ring
signal in idle mode or when ringing.

hold.
Dial the second party’s five digit extension
number.
When the second party answers, announce
the call and look for and press the
TRANSFER key using the menu buttons
below the display.

recording. Follow the prompts.
Enter five digit extension number of the
person then press the # symbol ie.: 6-1234#
Then look for and press the TRANSFER key
using the menu buttons below the display.

CONFERENCE CALL
UP TO FOUR PEOPLE

Dial the first party, announce purpose of call, ask
first party to hold
•
Press ACCESS line 2 to dial the second party.
After the second party answers, look for and press
the CONFERENCE key using the menu buttons
below the display. Listen for a short beep to
indicate all members have been added.
•
To add another caller, press ACCESS line 1, dial
the next party
•
After the next party answers, look for and press the
CONFERENCE key using the menu buttons below
the display.

&/or 1 & area code for long distance number)
•Press vacant button again (lamp off)
•Press the menu button to EXIT
•TO DELETE SPEED DIAL BUTTON(S)
•Using the navigation key arrow to the left to PROGRAM
•Press the menu button to SELECT
•Press a speed dial button to be deleted (lamp on)
•Press the clear button (#11) to clear programming

•Using the navigation key arrow to the left to PROGRAM

•Select desired ring tone by pressing 0 – 9 on keypad; when
selection has been made 0=flash only; 1=Ring and Flash; 2=
Delayed ring and flash; etc.
•Press the desired button again
•Press EXIT using menu buttons below phone display
