UC Eligibility in the Local Context Those that are in the top 9% of their graduating class qualify as ELC Students will be notified of their ELC status 4-6 weeks after their application has been submitted To maintain the ELC status a student must: Satisfy the general admissions requirements, Maintain a 3.0 GPA, and Submit an official copy of ACT with Writing or SAT Reasoning Test scores.
