LeanKit Kanban Problem When University Family Medicine Family center changed ownership from academic (Medical University of South Carolina) to corporate (HCA, Trident Health), practice faced several challenges: • New credentialing process • Implementation of new EMR and a new workflows • Meeting Residents Patients visits volume to meet RRC requirements for graduation • Establish effective training environment for residents in outpatient Family practice • Loss of Medicaid contractual agreements • New Practice marketing and promotion • Establishment of new processes and procedures in conjunction with new corporate policies • New Medicare Meaningful use reporting How to accomplish all those goals in the shortest period of time with minimum resources?
