• 29,000 sq ft of new construction and 15,500 sq ft of
converted or remodeled space

Preferred Parking District

• Code Compliance Officers viewed the southeast
lawn on October 11th, 2014, and observed
vehicles illegally parked on the lawn, and
observed the mechanisms that were used to
move the cars from the street, over the curb and
sidewalk, to the lawn, temporary ramps
• Maranatha was cited for violation of the
Conditions of Approval associated with CUP
#4367

• Parking on the southeast lawn would be permitted for 18
events annually, legalizing and regulating the existing
conditions in an attempt to reduce the impacts on adjacent
residential streets and allow the continued operation of the
School, the Church and the Symphony:
> Perimeter Fence & Gate Construction within three
months of Master Plan approval
> Obtain approval from the Department of Public Works
and the Department of Transportation to locate and
construct permanent asphalt ramps or driveways
