Just as I noticed there was nobody behind the wheel of the parked vehicle I heard my front door slam shut, and my children begin to scream. I begin tucking him into bed and he tells me, “Daddy check for monsters under my bed.” I look underneath for his amusement and see him, another him, under the bed, staring back at me quivering and whispering, “Daddy there’s somebody on my bed.” As I awoke to footsteps on the creaky stairs, I asked "Who's there?" "Nobody," said the shadow standing under the hallway light. YOUR TASK… With a partner, work to write at least 10 two sentence horror stories. Make sure that you pay close attention to punctuation of your sentences that have to be more complex than what you usually write. We will share with the class.
