However, the committee members had the difficulties to get participants for the events. Many residents gave excuses that they did not have the time to get involved in such activities. The purpose of the research is to encourage students, or the residents of TAR specifically, to be involved in sports activities. The respondents of the research will be 30 percent of the students of TAR college. Besides, the Varsity Sport Complex is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and should be fully utilised by all students. They should also realize that taking part in sport activities will help them to channel their stress in a healthy way.
