- Santander members of staff can become qualified chartered accountants;
who usually complete a minimum of three years in-depth training including
practical experience

- They have to commit to continuing professional development training
every year to keep their knowledge and skills up-to-date
•
- They are bound by our Code of Ethics and are subject to the relevant
disciplinary procedures
- Most companies usually sponsor individuals to gain full accreditation.

undertake the accountancy qualifications.

 This is a professional association for human resource
management professionals.
 Membership Status - Awarded on request to graduate members

recruitment to employment law, and work-life balance to
productivity.
 Fellowship Status - An upgrade from Chartered MCIPD, applicants
