-To do this, you DROP the –ar, -er, or –ir ending and make changes.
-The stem carries the basic meaning while the ending tells
“who(subject)” and “when(tense).”

The verb endings ALWAYS indicate WHO is doing the
action. They tell WHO is speaking. Because of this, you
can often use the verb WITHOUT a subject.

Subject pronouns are often used for emphasis
or clarification.
Ella habla inglés pero él habla español.
