In order to arrive at the base camp they have to go through several obstacle at the designated Check Point (CP). The concept of this activity is “City Explorace”. This activity is one of the fun explorace segment where it is designed to challenged the participants mentally and physically. With this closure, participants can communicate with each other better without having any psychological difficulty. Participants communicate with each other through the teaching and learning process. An open and conducive environment will help participants to be able to ask and give any opinion or question freely. This environment will strengthen the cooperation and commitment of the participants in completing all the activities individually or in a team. ***All activities subject to change depending on the instructors and Marshall on duty. Time allocated: 5-6 hours AVIATION CHALLANGE KITE FLYING TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES IMPLEMENTATION Activity 2: Indoor Session 1 • Ice Breaking • Group Presentation In this session, the participants will get to know all other participants better. They can socialize and exchange ideas or opinion between each other. This will help strengthen their relationship. All team members will present their finding from the explorace and provide suggestion or feedback on the activity. Activity 3: Indoor Session 2 • Puzzle Cube • Personality Test In this session, participants will be expose to understand and learn the differences un human behavior and how to tolerate with each other in order to form a perfect team. participants will also be expose to the communication technique in approaching and dealing with people from different personality. ACTIVITIES IMPLEMENTATION Activity 4: Night War Games • The objective of this program is to develop and create a creative and out of the box thinking among participants in strategizing ways or techniques to achieved and accomplish the vision and mission of the team. • Participants will be challenged to solve and find solution/problem with limited resources. Their confidence level will be tested during the night walk activity as they will be walking alone in the wood. Hence this will also tested their leadership skill. ACTIVITIES IMPLEMENTATION Activity 5: Exploration The focus of this outdoor activity are: Buddy • Alert Respond Exploration is an outdoor activity that emphasize on the culture of Buddy, Alert and Respond as well as to bring awareness to the participants the process of "experiential learning" in the process of problem solving, stress management, and provides an understanding of the importance of communication in the course of collective responsibility. This activity starts early in the morning after a workout, where the head of the group will submit a log book of each member of the group and receive activity kits. Activity** Jungle Tracking River Tracking Compass Navigation Rafting Survival Clock Obstacle Course Abseiling/Flying Fox Mud Spa **Terms and condition ACTIVITIES IMPLEMENTATION Activity 6: Indoor Session 3 • Spiritual Enlightenment In this session, Muslim participants will be trained to learn and appreciate the role and responsibilities of a Muslim while working and traveling (bermusafir). • a. Travelling procedure (Tatacara bermusafir) • b. Solat Musafir • c. Doa’-doa’ Musafir (Non- muslim are excluded) Activity 7: Indoor Session 4 • Leadership Character Building a. Black Box b. Investment In this session participants will be trained to have the characteristics of a respected leader. They will be trained in the proper techniques of discussion and how to solve problems. ACTIVITIES IMPLEMENTATION Activity 8: Group Binding 1 a. Dignity Tower/ The Search • This activity becomes a strengthening exercise after the group goes through the processes in forming a strong network. With psychological approach and two-way communication, it helps enhance candidate’s trust between each other and thus make the group to have a firm stand and positive values for their strength. Activity 9: Group Binding 2 a. Group Revolution b. Agreement (Akur Janji ) • Each team/partner will present their experience throughout the program and promise to adhere to the mission and vision of the second stage (TRP) to be achieve successfully. SAFETY PROCEDURE AND LOGISTIC MANAGEMENT 1. All equipment and logistics affairs will be handled by SKYVAX Sdn. Bhd 2. Participant’s transportation/car is provided by the participants themselves or the organizer 3. Participant’s safety is the main priority given to the instructor. 4. Participants are advised to take insurance protection for individuals or groups 5. Participants are required to sign the agreement of personal security. 6. All equipment for activities will be checked and tested for safety measurement 7. All instructors are highly qualified and experienced. SAFETY PROCEDURE AND LOGISTIC MANAGEMENT 8. Marshall will evaluate participant’s health and ability to perform activities in the program. 9. Marshall has the power to vary or revoke any assignment if deemed inappropriate, harmful during work carried out and the ability of the participants. 10. Instructions issued by the marshal to the participants from time to time during the course of the activities take place, if there is any information or weather factors that may affect the health and ability of the participants, the activity will be paused for Marshall to assess the safety of the participants. 11. Addition or cancellation of Security and Logistics Management Procedures are subject to change depending on the state of the instructor deems appropriate.
