American Urban Radio Networks (“AURN”) is the only African American owned network
radio company in the United States. Privately held for 40 years, we are the largest network
reaching Urban America. AURN reaches an estimated 20 million listeners each week.
Through four RADAR-measured networks and one marketing division, AURN reaches
more African Americans than any other medium in America and produces more urban
programming than all other broadcasting companies combined. AURN broadcasts news,
entertainment, sports and informational programming to more than 300 radio stations
nationwide. AURN's SPM Urban Network, specializes in the creation, implementation, and
execution of national promotions and fully integrated marketing programs. We also have a
partnership with the Sheridan Gospel Network (SGN) which enables us to integrate
Marketing ideas across a 24-hour syndicated inspirational programming network.
We are the only African American broadcaster with a bureau in the White House. AURN

airing Monday – Friday 6A-7P. The American Urban Pinnacle Network is virtually
