NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
The Shareholders are informed that the following amendments to the Prospectus of ASR FONDS to be dated July 2014 will
enter into force on 22nd July 2014:
Subject to receipt of the AIFM license for ASR Nederland Beleggingsbeheer N.V, the whole Prospectus is updated
following provisions of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers (“AIFM”) Directive and Luxembourg Law. Main
changes are reflected in the following sections:
- Management and Administration: update of the responsibilities assumed by the AIFM as well as delegated functions;
- Information for Shareholders: insertion of provisions related to indemnifications, conflicts of interests, as well as
reports and notices available for Shareholders;
- Appendix 2 – Financial Techniques and Instruments: update of Risk and Liquidity Management disclosures in order
to reflect the fact that the assets manager will not use derivatives instruments;
- Appendix 3 – Investment Risks: description of risks linked to Alternative Investment Fund use of leverage,
- Appendix 4 – Co-management : deletion of this appendix as co-management techniques is not use.
