9th FIAP CLUBS’ WORLD CUP
Introduction by Jacky Martin, Vice-President of FIAP
During the 8th edition, the FIAP Club World Cup the participation continued
to progress with 160 clubs.
Wigan 10 Foto Club from Great Britain, the only club in the top 10 of the 7
first World Cups, and winner of the fi rst and seventh edition, has again won
the Cup before two other British clubs,. Smethwick PS and Rolls-Royce
Derby PS.
Wigan 10 Foto Club also won, once more,
rewards the most consistent over 5 years.
Maurice Dorikens Trophy that
We look forward to your participation for the 9th World Cup, wishing you as
good results as the clubs mentioned above.
This year we renew the possibility to send files by the private channel of
FIAP: http://fiap.wetransfer.com. This will prevent the loss of CD as it has
happened for some clubs last year.

INVITATION
The International Federation of Photographic Art, invites you to take part in the 9th FIAP
Clubs’ World Cup to be held in PARIS from 15/10/14 to 28/03/15.
CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
Each club, member of FIAP, or not, may enter a CD-Rom containing 20 colour and/or black
and white digital works. At most 4 works per author. Accepted works in previous World
Cup cannot participate.
There is no coherence required between works.
The equivalent of the CD can be sent to fwc@fiap.net via http://fiap.wetransfer.com
Operational Members cannot participate.
WARNING: 20 works mandatory, 4 photos maximum per author.
WORKS SIZE
Files will be RGB mode, JPG 10 compressed, 300dpi, 2400 pixels minimum for the larger
side in order to be printed for the exhibition.
Files will be named 01_club-name, 02_club-name up to 20_club-name.
The Excel entry-form (00_club-name.xls) must be on the CD-Rom with the works.
ENTRY FEE
There is no fee for ILFIAP Clubs, which already pay a member fee to FIAP.
The entry fee is 50€ ( no $ ) per club no FIAP member, to be paid :

The FIAP Clubs’ World Cup is awarded as follows :
Clubs’ World Cup for the best club.
FIAP Gold medal for the club which comes second.
FIAP Silver medal for the club which comes third.
FIAP Bronze medal for the club which comes fourth.
Six honourable mentions for the clubs which come 5th to 10th.
The authors of the club coming first receive an honourable mention.
One FIAP gold medal, two FIAP silver medals and three FIAP bronze medals will award
works of exceptional quality, independently of the clubs’ classification.
NEW : Judges could award up to 5 individual mentions, as portrait, landscape, creativity, or
all king of thema they will decide.
Each judge will also choose his special favourite.
Each author can only receive one prize.
The Club having got the best results from 2010 to 2014, will receive the Maurice Dorikens
Trophy 2010-2014.
CATALOGUE – EXHIBITION
Each participating club will receive a catalogue on CD-Rom.
All accepted works will be reproduced in the catalogue.
Prize-winning works as well as one work per author from the Club winner of the World Cup,
as well as from the clubs classified up to ten, will be shown at the FIAP headquarters gallery.

Accepted works of the ILFIAP will give access to the clubs distinctions.
Each ILFIAP taking part will receive moreover 5 basic acceptance points.

Judgement : December 5th-7th, 2014, at French Photographic Federation office
Results on fiap.net : December 14th, 2014
Results notification : January 4th , 2015
