Oslo, Norway, 22-24 September 2013
The conference will address scientific and industrial
development within the international marine ingredient industry. This
will include innovations and new applications of bioactive peptides
and omega-3 oils within animal feed, food, and pharmaceuticals. We
also look into the world of growing micro- and macro algae and their
applications.
The conference’s objectives are to visualize, present and discuss
international market trends and business opportunities for new
products and new applications. Valorization of marine co-products,
regulatory issues and health claims will be discussed, as well as
latest news from science.
MIC 2013 aims to be an attractive meeting place for industrial
players, scientists and officials. The focus will be on industrial
