Liaison with Consultants for Organizational Efficiency
The Perfect Mix
for Effective Management
Executive Management that Enables Innovation

“She helps her colleagues in management and others
throughout the department function more effectively and
efficiently – i.e., she helps the rest of us work toward being the
best that we can be, and that is high praise indeed.” (FMF)

“Her passion, her enthusiasm and her commitment all combine
in a most unique way to propel an organization into levels of
excellence previously considered unattainable.” (PFP)
Selected Quotes continued:

Managerial Effectiveness


“Sharon has also taken on several project management
assignments, and she has proven adept at managing time,
meeting deadlines, organizing work, and delivering quality
results.”
Organizational Management


“Meeting management support – superb work here. In fact,
she is much more diligent and timely in providing support
than the various management teams are in cooperating. I
rely on her heavily in this role.”
“Performance reporting – Sharon has picked up this
assignment from another section and given it her own
signature. She is creative, thorough and thoughtful, often
seeing connections and issues and nuances that the rest of
us miss.”
Selected Quotes continued:

Organizational Management – Administrative


“I will add that her project management and research skills
and attention to detail have served her and her colleagues
very well in this role. She very carefully and deliberately
defined the work, assigned the work, scheduled the work,
evaluated the results, communicated expectation and
provided feedback in a timely manner. It is a tough job
done well.”
Organizational Environment

“I have given high marks to the Organizational Environment
Committee for their first six months of work together, and
Sharon shares in that success. I know her to have been a
proactive, dedicated and thoughtful contributor to the work
of the Committee.”
STRATEGIC PLANNING
What I have to offer
“Sharon clearly understands the many facets of
fundraising, from annual giving to sponsorships to
event planning. But where Sharon really excels is
in cultivating an extraordinary network of likeminded organizations to work together for the
common good. Her passion, her enthusiasm, and
her commitment all combine in a most unique way
to propel an organization into levels of excellence
previously considered unattainable.”
Brig. General Ron Sconyers (ret.),
CEO, Physicians For Peace
The Perfect Evolved Mix
for Development of Creative Alliances
Visionary Leader & Strategic Thinker


“Sharon has extraordinary vision and her “out of the box” thinking can
really force an organization to think beyond the norm. She has helped PFP
realize that our own image was less than it should be, helping us to better
define ourselves in the global marketplace.”
--- Brig. General Ron Sconyers (ret.), CEO, Physicians For Peace
“She always adds value beyond process and form – she is a substantive
thinker, an “out of the box” thinker, and a thought leader on many
issues. She identifies an issue, she formulates a proposed solution, she
develops the solution, and then she presents the solution – none of this
“here’s a problem, what do you want me to do?” She is a problem solver.”
--- David J. Robinson, COO, Freddie Mac Foundation
Quotes form Employee Performance and
Development Summary as Chief of Staff
Made by David Robinson, COO
“Sharon shows uncommon initiative and resourcefulness in her
work, and she has been willing to take on any and all
assignments and pursue them with vigor and determination.”

Personal Effectiveness


“Sharon is definitely a leader in researching and sharing best
practices across a broad spectrum of issues. She is quite
proactive in gathering, analyzing and sharing information,
whether it pertains to her specific job duties or not.”
“She is willing to work with others, either taking the lead or
serving as a team member as required, and frequently doing
what I would call “more than her fair share” when it comes
to offering ideas, taking on extra work, helping others with
problems.”
