An invitation to enroll in the Leadership education
was sent to all listed leaders. It is accessed via
the on line learning and is free. The test was very
simple – mostly acknowledging you did it!
If you missed it ~

knows you did it.
Roles & Responsibilities
President
Secretary/Treasurer
• Responsible for welfare &
activity of state/chapter
• Presides over meetings, etc.
• Ensures:
~ compliance
~ plans meetings, programs,
& activities
~ Officers, BOD, committees
carry out functions
~ completes/submits
reports to National ENA
~ appoints, delegates, &
ensures orientation
• Records and retains
activities/minutes
• Helps president with agenda,
distribute minutes, send notices
• Controls/supervises $$$ of
state/chapter
• Creates budget with president
• Reports financial status
• Maintain documents related to
corporate status
• Ensures tax documents filed
• Submits financial documents to
National ENA
~ participates in quarterly calls hosted by National ENA

Special note on Agenda’s & minutes
~ Agenda & any supporting data is sent out
prior to meeting to allow time for members
to review & prep for meeting.
~ Members should come to meeting prepared
to discuss the information
~ Members wishing to add to agenda should
let president know ahead of time, or request
addition to agenda at time of meeting.
Member should also forward any documents
needed ahead of time, or bring sufficient
quantities for distribution at the meeting
~ Minutes reflect attendance, topics, votes,
and actions taken. Previous meeting minutes
sent out prior to following meeting. They
require approval & then posted to web site.
