John Hemphill, serving with Senate Committee on Environment
and Public Works
Congressional Fellowship
ASCE’s 17th Congressional Fellow, Natalie
Beckman-Ross just began her Fellowship in the
office of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (DNV)
