and One Life Agent ID number to complete the registration

PPL Examples
30A leads X $100 PPL = $3000 Annualized Premium
Example 1:

As our company grows, so does the extensive costs of providing Marketing Materials to our sales
force. With anticipation of continued growth, we have decided to scale back on some of the
Marketing Materials and allow you to purchase others. Below is a breakdown of each product
that we have offered and our decision for making them available to all agents.

Digital copy of the presentation pages of the pitch – We will email out a link to download after an
agent contracts and completes the eLearning site. Soon it will live on Agent Hub.
Leather Folder Presentation Book with rates – Can be purchased for $50.00 (this is a discounted
costs)
Tri-close Premium Quoting Tablets – One Life will provide at no cost
Delivery Notice Pads – One Life will provide at no cost
For Tri-close tablets and delivery notice pads contact your local office Administrator, they will have an order
form for you to fill out and submit. To order a pitch book please fill out the attached order form and fax to
the number on the form with credit card information included. We will soon have another solution for
payment as we are working on establishing a Paypal account for pitch book orders. That information will be
broadcast when setup is complete.
