However, his/her o’rides will be halved every month he/she fails to earn P15k. >P500 o’ride may not be paid; probation ends. - SOs left by Proby ASD shall be absorbed by UDMI. Failed Proby may become an SO under any ASD/SO 2 mos. or later since said probation has been terminated. He/she may recover any or all his/her SOs provided, written consents noted by UDMI are shown. Procedures Governing Servicing Team - An SO or ASD shall earn JUST/FAIR recruitment incentives. - ASDs (earning P15k or more monthly) who developed ASDs earning the same will be waged with monthly incentives equivalent to 20% of the promoted SOs’ earnings - This benefit shall be enjoyed by Sponsor ASDs within 30 mos. provided their earning reaches P15k/mo.; when their earning becomes P5k to P14,999 only, their incentive will be halved; and when it becomes lower than P5k, the ASD will be reprimanded for the possible suspension 1 month after the decline was recorded - On the 31st month, active/earning ASDs’ leadership incentive will be reduced to 5%/mo. until their retirement or separation from UDMI as long as they earn P15k or higher monthly SOs Who Made ASDs & SOs - SOs who made 3 to 24 Earning SOs and ASDs shall be waged with monthly incentives equivalent to 5% (3 – 12 SOs/ASDs) to 10% (13 – 24 SOs/ASDs) of their recruits’ earnings.
