Procedures Governing Servicing Team
- Measurements/analyses of Performances are based on the
Level of Empowerment (Earning Capability) and Improvements
(Educated & Enriched Persona and Household) achieved by
servicing colleagues – Servicing Officers & Area Service Directors
(SOs & ASDs) –independent servicing partner contractors granted
with lucrative compensations and incentive/reward programs
- ALL decisions shall be guided by the Financial Performance (esp.
on MI) of SOs, ASDs, and their teams, hence SOs’ commissions &
ASDs’ overrides are used to measure productivity & performance
Procedures Governing Servicing Team
- SO/Proby ASD joining the program should build at least 10 SOs
producing 1,500 – 2,000 MI Sales in the 1st Month to be retained
in Probation [Will only Qualify for Php2 o’ride + 5% (of SOs MI
earnings) incentive; 11 to 20 SOs = 10%; 21 to 24 SOs= 15% ]
- 5, 10, 15% (1st Mo.); 4, 8, 12% (2nd Mo.); 2, 4, 6% (3rd Mo.); P2.00
o’ride only (4th Mo.)
- 10 Active/Earning SOs plus 1,500 (1st Mo.) and 2,000 (2nd & 3rd
Mo.) Group MI Sales shall be maintained by the Proby ASD within
3 Mos. to be given chance until 4th Mo.
- 7,500/mo. Group MI Sales of 11 to 24 Earning SOs may save the
Proby ASD from disqualification in the program (until his/her 10th
month)
Procedures Governing Servicing Team
- If the 7,500 Monthly MI Group Sales is garnered in the 1st, 2nd,
or 3rd month, Proby ASD shall enjoy the P7.00, P5.00, and P3.00
o’rides respectively
- Probation shall be terminated if the Proby fails to earn P15k in 2
consecutive months beginning in the 4th month of the probation.
However, his/her o’rides will be halved every month he/she fails
to earn P15k. >P500 o’ride may not be paid; probation ends.
- SOs left by Proby ASD shall be absorbed by UDMI. Failed Proby
may become an SO under any ASD/SO 2 mos. or later since said
probation has been terminated. He/she may recover any or all
his/her SOs provided, written consents noted by UDMI are shown.
Procedures Governing Servicing Team
- An SO or ASD shall earn JUST/FAIR recruitment incentives.
- ASDs (earning P15k or more monthly) who developed ASDs
earning the same will be waged with monthly incentives
equivalent to 20% of the promoted SOs’ earnings
- This benefit shall be enjoyed by Sponsor ASDs within 30 mos.
provided their earning reaches P15k/mo.; when their earning
becomes P5k to P14,999 only, their incentive will be halved; and
when it becomes lower than P5k, the ASD will be reprimanded for
the possible suspension 1 month after the decline was recorded
- On the 31st month, active/earning ASDs’ leadership incentive
will be reduced to 5%/mo. until their retirement or separation
from UDMI as long as they earn P15k or higher monthly
SOs Who Made ASDs & SOs
- SOs who made 3 to 24 Earning SOs and ASDs shall be waged
with monthly incentives equivalent to 5% (3 – 12 SOs/ASDs) to
10% (13 – 24 SOs/ASDs) of their recruits’ earnings. To qualify,
Sponsor SOs shall maintain 100/mo. MI Sales or P10k or more
monthly comm. from any and all UDMI offerings he/she serves.
- Lesser MI Sales and commissions will be used as basis for
reduced incentives (75 MI or P7,500 comm. = 25% Less; 50 MI or
P5k comm.= 50% Less; MI Sales & Comms. may be combined)
- When Sponsor SO became an ASD all conditions may only be
applied proactively (next payout after his/her promotion) EXCEPT
EXPRESSEDLY Modified, i.e., Under Fast Track (FT) Program
Unproductive SOs & ASDs
- SOs & ASDs shall remain productive (shall earn monthly) to
continually enjoy incentives and rewards they may get for helping
people enjoy & benefit from our programs, services, & products
- SOs or ASDs who will fail to earn may be terminated but may
join again as “newcomers” two (2) mos. after they were removed
- Two months of inactivity (Measured in Earnings: Zero on SOs;
Insufficiency on ASDs) will be grounds to warn the officers of their
possible removal in a month (SOs) or two (ASDs). ASDs will be
reminded by the company only if their SOs failed to earn in two
(2) consecutive months (PLS generates monthly Performance Reports) .
Unproductive SOs & ASDs
- Incentives that are supposed to be earned by SOs & ASDs will
be used by the company to support agents left by ASDs who may
also be reunited with their removed colleagues if they do rejoin
- The below P15k/mo. earning will be the basis for reducing
(halving) warned ASDs incentives as well as for removing them
- Archiving of terminated agents’ data (from the PLS) will be
done carefully to guide the organization when those leaving SOs
and ASDs join the Team again anytime they decided to

guide the Potential SO to Fast Track the latter’s

become Php11,000 to Php20,000 (FT) or

nito makikita naman ang Pending Edit.
Click Edit kung magreremit na ng
bayad ang SO para sa balanse ng
kliyente sa kanyang nabiling produkto.
Pagka click ng Edit may lalabas sa bandang ibaba na Enter Current Balance at i-enter
lamang ang amount kung magkano ang nasingil ng SO sa kliyente at I click ang Update
para sa patuloy na proseso.
