• No creditworthy checks for pawnbroking
- Provided you add to contract wording to
state that you will not pursue the customer
When an article has been sold you will receive information about the sale, if the proceeds (less
reasonable expenses) are more than the amount that would have been payable to redeem the article
on the date of the sale you will be entitled to receive the extra amount. If the proceeds are less than
the amount owed you will not be pursued for you will owe the Pawnbroker the shortfall
