Check off each habit daily. Aim for at least 7 out of 10 habits per day. Take monthly progress photos
to track changes.
Daily Habits:
1. Tongue Posture - Tongue pressed to the roof of the mouth all day.
2. Nose Breathing - Breathe through your nose (day & night).
3. Head Posture - Chin slightly tucked, no forward head posture.
4. Chew Hard Foods - At least 1 tough food daily.
5. 1-Minute Jaw Hold - Hold tongue posture (morning & night).
6. Chin Tucks - 10 reps daily to strengthen neck posture.
7. No Mouth Breathing - Avoid mouth breathing at rest.
8. Nutrition - Eat protein, calcium, vitamin D & K2 rich foods.
9. Sleep Well - 8-10 hours, sleep on your side or back.
10. Avoid Bad Habits - No chin resting, thumb sucking, or slouching.
