They serve as a foundation for decision-making and behavior. Related Values - refer to specific principles or beliefs that are closely associated with and support core values. Integrity being honest and having strong moral principles. And a person with integrity behaves ethically an does the right thing. Respect the act of showing consideration for others feelings , beliefs and ideas . Modesty is a virtue necessary for purity. It flows out of the virtues of temperance and self-control. Courage taking action in spite of the fear you feel or it is the willingness to respond fearlessly. Innovation it is the practical implementation of ideas tht result in the introduction of new goods. Trust refers to the confidence that a person or group of people has in the reliability of another person. Why Core Values are important in our life ? They bring about a sense of purpose and self-worth and they remind you what’s important to you and what you want more of in your life.
