Product Scope Introduction:
K92 Mining Ltd request a Contractor to supply workforce for CRUSHER POWER SUPPLY CIVIL works on then
existing Whitehouse Ablution Block within the K92 Mining Lease. Safety is paramount Site Wide, and all our
Contractors are complying to K92 Mining Safety Standard and Policies. During this project the may delays
or issues arise that can affect the Project must report to the Department Coordinator/ Manager. No
additional scope will be accepted but only acceptance by the Department Head /Manager.
Environment Requirements.
The Contractor will consolidate all rubbish in one area as instructed by company representative.
Product Scope Description:
The following below are the general inclusions of the Project.
1. Site Induction
2. Access of the location / Area
3. Transportation of materials to site
4. Detailed description of the task
5. Installation will consist as shown on the drawing.
6. Final Inspection of the Project
7. Housekeeping
8. Accommodation does not apply to Contractors.
Project Deliverables:
Materials and Installation Requirements.
K92 Mining will provide for installation.
1. Project Supervision
2. Supply of General Building Materials, i.e. Concrete
3. Supply scaffold for Construction.
4. Final Inspection of the Task
Project Acceptance Objection:
Contractors Responsibilities.
The Contractor is to provide a Quotation for a maximum number of days to completion this area of work.
The Subcontractor will allow for a suitable number of staff to complete within this time limit.
Your Staff will consist of

Foreman Carpenter
•
Tradesman
•
Trade Assistance
•
Basic Hand Tools and Power tools.
o JSEA/Permit/Daily Shift Report.
o Employee Personal PPE’s - Hard Hat, Clothing, Safety Boots, Safety Glasses & Gloves.
o Traffic & Safety Management Plan.
* Allowing to perform their task, each Tradesmen’s must submit in their CVs for the Job.

The Contractor will provide a Quote, as per marked up Pictorial Sketch of the CRUSHER POWER SUPPLY
CIVIL works, refer to page 4.
CRUSHER POWER SUPPLY CIVIL SCOPE OF WORKS:
1. Profiling of area 1,
• Excavation and landscaping.
• Formwork construction, install concrete to base and nib wall.
• Install mesh wiring fencing with gates.
• General housekeeping.
2. Profiling for area 2.
• Excavation and landscaping.
• Formwork construction, install concrete to base and nid wall.
• Install mesh wiring fencing with gates.
• General housekeeping.
Project Conclusion:
This Scope of Works outlines the requirements and expectations necessary for the successful
completion of this Project. A collaboration effort between the client and contractor is needed to ensure
that the project is completed within the stipulated time limit. Any issues or deviation from this scope
must be immediately by the parties involve.
